Towards Best Practice
Welcome to the Towards Best Practice section of Mentor?s website. This section aims to help those involved in developing effective practice in their prevention policies or projects to reflect on the principles which have been identified by Mentor's scientific advisers as keys to effective prevention.

One of Mentor?s key aims is to support the development, identification and dissemination of best or promising practice in drug prevention in order to promote the health and well-being of young people.

The principles are illustrated with reference to specific project examples from around the world that have been identified as illustrating a particular principle.

Mentor welcomes examples from others who feel their projects illustrate one or more of the principles identified. If you wish to contribute your example please click here and complete the form as indicated.

Mentor also welcomes comments on other principles that should be considered as necessary for effective prevention project management or achievement, please email us at info@mentorfoundation.org.
